Is there any way to customize the RSVP on the wedding website?

For instance I'd love to give our guests the option of choosing a song to add to our playlist. Or  cute way to RSVP, i.e. "will be there with bells on" and "have no bells, will not attend."

Hi! Unfortunately, I have had no response to the email I sent to help@theknot.com, which I have since forwarded several times in hopes that it would somehow get an answer. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Any suggestions? My question concerns my wedding website, which I purchased a specific URL for. Thanks for the help!!

How to Remove WEdding Guest List and start new?

I uploaded my guest list to the Guest List Manager way before I had my final list. Now I want to remove the current list and start fresh by reloading the guest list without duplicating the names. How do I delete the current guests and upload a new file? Right now, the only way I see possible is to remove each guest, line by line.

Hi There - 
I just got an email saying that my website domain will expire on 7/31/2015. Problem is, I already renewed the domain several months ago (my credit card was charged, so I have proof). My dashboard even says 7/30/2016 for expiration. What's going on? I'm about to send out my invitations and I'm terrified that it's going to expire anyway (even though I paid for it). 

Please let me know.

Countdown clock wrong ?

On my dashboard the countdown clock shows 370 days, but on my website its says 371 days - shouldn't they both be the same ?

The Knot Wedding Website Registry Issues

Hi all - 

Hoping someone can help me here. I have my Kohl's & Amazon registry linked to my wedding website hosted through The Knot. It was all find at first, but now the registries have not updated. Items that have been bought aren't showing up as so. Even ones my FI and I deleted are still showing up.

Any help? I have people starting to shop who are having problems.

Up at the top right I see "sign up" or "log in," but as you can probably deduce from the fact that I'm posting here, I'm obviously already logged in. I've searched and searched and can't find any option to log out of the forums. 

I'm sure since it's a holiday weekend and y'all can barely manage to answer simple questions on ordinary days that this will go unanswered, but I figured I'd at least try before going on a ban-worthy rampage instead.

I thought this was the best website but now I have put my effort and time into using it and I am starting all over again.  I cannot export my guest list.  I have read all boards on it, deleted my cookies and emailed 2 times for help and have received no help.  I am also having issues with the website as well and have to start an entirely new Knot account just to get the layout I want.  Please help me! I want this to be easy and so far it is just creating more stress for me.

Domain Purchase Refund

I have had no luck contacting the knot (via help@ or membersupport@theknot.com) about switching my wedding website to the new website builder. I purchased a personal domain and it's frustrating not being able to even use the site since I know I will have to "rebuild it from scratch." 

Due to this lack of communication, I have requested a refund of my domain purchase and would like my domain name changed back to the default one given upon registering. However, once again I have heard nothing back. 

I do not know where to turn for help. I have tried contacting customer service by phone but I could not get through and I do not believe they are open over the weekend. I would appreciate any help that this forum and/or the administrators could provide. Thank you.

A few items have been purchased off our registries, and I've removed some items, but The Knot registry page isn't reflecting that. It looks like it hasn't updated in about a week. Any idea why?

WEDDING LOCATION ON WEBSITE IS WRONG- CANT FIX IT!

I have created my wedding website and sent the link out to everyone. Now the wedding location is reverting back to something ridiculous: "PuntaCana, Do" which isnt even proper to refer to the Dominican Republic! No matter HOW MANY TIMES i fix this, it eventually reverts back to PuntaCana, Do. I have emailed the help email address over 1 week ago, messaged them on FB and Twitter and called to leave a VM. This is RIDICULOUS customer service. Do you know what the FB admin said? "Thank you for your patience we are aware of this issue and are workng to get it resolved." How can a public company take so long to answer emails and not even fix an insanely important issue!?!?! Guests rely on your website to tell them the information about the wedding but cant even see the correct location. This an easy bug fix but for some reason no one cares to help customers with this issue. Fuck.

How can I add a signature picture? I can add gif's and images from the internet, but I want my signature pic to be an image I have on my computer. How can I do this?
